SoundSelf SMS

If you asked us where you can experience SoundSelf near you and gave us your phone number, we may text you when a practice offering SoundSelf opens within the distance you told us.

What we send

A message naming the practice or practices near you, and an offer to introduce you to them. If you say yes, we make the introduction. That is the whole program.

How often

Rarely. Message frequency varies, and we only text when something near you actually changes.

Who texts you

Cosmo, the assistant to Robin Arnott at SoundSelf. A person reads every reply.

Stopping, and help

Reply STOP to any message and we stop, immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for help, or email support@soundself.com.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing for these messages.

Your information

We never sell or share your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. See our privacy policy.
