What's not in the fine print

We're not going to play gotcha. There are no hidden fees, no auto-renewal you didn't see coming, and no penalty for returning it within the 30 days. If you keep it, we ask for six months, because that's how long it takes a practice and its patients to really settle in with a new tool. After that, it's month to month. We would rather you try it than wonder about it.

What arrives in the box? +

The base SoundSelf System ships with the dedicated tablet, voice sensor and microphone, clinical headphones, and all necessary cables. Everything needed to run patient sessions is ready out of the box.

How does setup work? +

Setup takes approximately 20 minutes with our quick-start guide. Your dedicated onboarding specialist also provides a 1-on-1 walkthrough before your first patient session.

What if a patient doesn't respond to it? +

SoundSelf is designed to adapt in real time to the patient's vocal frequency, guiding them gently toward calm. If it does not integrate smoothly with your caseload, simply return it within the 30 days for a 100% refund.

Can I bill for sessions? +

Many clinics bill sessions under existing biofeedback, psychotherapy add-on, or preparatory/integration session codes. We provide a clinical billing guidance overview in your welcome kit.

What happens if I cancel in month three? +

If you choose to keep the System past day 30, the commitment is six months so your team and patients have adequate time to establish a clinical routine. After month six, your subscription continues month to month and can be canceled at any time.
