SoundSelf 60-Day Warranty and Return Promise
Plain-English Summary
You can return any SoundSelf product purchased directly from us within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund—no questions asked. During this 60-day period, we also cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product has a defect, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price. After 60 days, you may still be eligible for ongoing hardware coverage through our Extended Support & Replacement Plan (ESRP), available to subscribers of the SoundSelf Evolution service.

What Is Covered
This 60-Day Warranty and Return Promise (“Warranty”) applies to all tangible SoundSelf products purchased directly from SoundSelf, including:
Core System components (light therapy interface/glasses, headphones, tablet computer)
Vibroacoustic hardware
This Warranty does not cover digital products or services (software, subscriptions, or digital content).
Duration of Coverage
Coverage begins on the date you receive your SoundSelf product(s) and continues for sixty (60) calendar days.
What We Promise
If your SoundSelf product has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 60-day coverage period, SoundSelf will, at its option:
Repair the product, or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal functionality, or
Refund the full purchase price you paid.
Refunds are available at your request for any return made within the 60-day coverage period, regardless of defect.
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (including drops, spills, or other external causes)
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside of intended use conditions
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Digital products, software, or subscription services
How to Obtain Service or a Refund
To make a claim under this Warranty:
Provide proof of purchase from SoundSelf.
Contact SoundSelf Support at support@soundself.com for instructions and a return authorization.
Ship the product, at your expense, to the address provided.
SoundSelf will inspect the returned product and process repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Extended Coverage After 60 Days
If you maintain an active subscription to SoundSelf Evolution, you are eligible for the Extended Support & Replacement Plan (ESRP). The ESRP continues defect repair or replacement coverage for eligible hardware for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. Terms of the ESRP are provided separately.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Except as expressly provided above, SoundSelf disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the 60-day term of this Warranty.
SoundSelf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
